How do I request an appointment?

Select the Appointments section on the left navigation panel and click Request an Appointment.

  1. Select who the appointment is for (if applicable).
  2. Enter a provider name to send request to.
  3. Select when you would like to schedule your visit.
  4. Enter a reason why the appointment is needed.
  5. Select how to be contacted if follow-up is needed.
  6. Review details of your request and select the Send request button.

You will receive a secure message with appointment availability options or confirmation.

How do I reschedule an appointment?

To reschedule an appointment, click on the View Appointments link under the Appointments section on the left navigation panel.

  1. Identify appointment and select Reschedule.
  2. Enter a provider name to send request to.
  3. Select when you would like to schedule your visit.
  4. Enter a reason why the appointment is being rescheduled.
  5. Select how to be contacted if follow-up is needed.
  6. Review details of your request and select the Send request button.

An appointment will be scheduled that most closely matches your request according to availability. The appointment will then display in the Appointments View, typically within one business day.

How do I cancel an appointment?

To cancel an appointment, click on the View Appointments link under the Appointments section on the left navigation panel.

  1. Identify appointment and select Cancel.
  2. Enter a provider name to send request to.
  3. Enter a reason why the appointment is being canceled.
  4. Select how to be contacted if follow-up is needed.
  5. Review details of your request and select the Send request button.

How do I check my messages?

When you receive a message in MyHealth, a message alert from MyHealth will be sent to the email address that you provided. Click on the link provided in the email for quick access to MyHealth.

How do I send a message to a provider?

You can send a message to your provider by clicking on the Secure Messaging navigation panel. This will expand the panel to reveal message options including available messaging templates. To send a message:

  1. Select the Send a Message button.
  2. Select whom the message is being sent on behalf of (if applicable).
  3. Next, enter your provider’s name in the Tosearch box and then select the appropriate provider from the drop-down list that appears.
  4. Enter a Subject for your message.
  5. Type your message (you can attach files if applicable).
  6. Click Send.

 How will I know when I have a new message?

When a new message arrives in your mMyHealth inbox, an email notification will be sent to the address that you provided during registration.

What can I view in the MyHealth Health Record?

The Health Record includes a view of clinical data from the ANMC Electronic Health Record, which includes:

  1. Clinical Record Summary (Medications, Immunizations, Current Allergies and Health Issues)
  2. Lab Results
  3. Documents
  4. Medications
  5. Procedures
  6. Download My Record
  7. Radiology
  8. Pathology
  9. Clinical Notes
  10. COVID-19 Center

Lab results are accessed separately using the Lab Results link in the Health Record navigation panel.

What is Access Log?

The Access Log feature allows you to track when you or your proxy access your MyHealth account.
