Southcentral Foundation is pleased to announce the new and improved application system. Based on feedback from applicants, SCF Human Resources identified a tool to better meet customer’s needs. UltiPro Recruiting is a solution that puts candidates first by making the application process simple, personal, and fun!
Some improvements candidates will experience include: engaging and personalized experience during the creation of a candidate profile, My Presence; utilizing familiar social media tools and mobile devices when searching for opportunities; using simple filters when searching for job opportunities; and the new Discover Your Potential tool – a fun way to find opportunities best matched to your skills and experience.
When applying for a job opportunity, remember a few tips to make the experience seamless: Use Google Chrome for the best experience; thoroughly review the application prior to submittal, once the application is submitted, the applicant is unable to edit the application; applicants may check the status of the application by logging into the system, selecting My Presence, and reviewing the applications tab; and once in My Presence, the applicant can also manage references. To expedite the selection process, it is best practice to keep this up-to-date.
