Four Directions Outpatient Treatment Center

Southcentral Foundation Four Directions Outpatient Treatment Center is an outpatient treatment program that offers integrated substance use and behavioral health services for individuals and families struggling with addiction in their lives. Each customer-owner is supported by a team of professionals who help empower individuals and families to take control of their mental health and substance use challenges. The integrated care teams support individuals on their healing journeys and assist individuals in developing a customized plan to help them walk a healthier path in life.

This outpatient treatment program:

  • Is available for all members of the community, ages 18 and older.
  • Accepts Medicaid, Medicare, and other insurances.
  • Offers a sliding scale fee for those who are eligible.

Four Directions Medications for Addiction Treatment Program

The Medications for Addiction Treatment Program (MAT) involves prescribed medication(s) that can help customer-owners attain and maintain abstinence from harmful drugs, alcohol, and tobacco. Currently, MAT is available for the treatment of opioid use disorder at Southcentral Foundation in the form of buprenorphine (Suboxone, Sublocade) and naltrexone. MAT is also available for alcohol and tobacco use disorders. MAT (in combination with optional recovery treatment at Four Directions) has been shown to increase the chance of sustained recovery.
