Establishment of SCF’s Nuka System of Care involved a wide variety of changes; however, there are two primary elements that emerged: customer-ownership and relationships. Customer-ownership represents a paradigm shift in the way SCF approaches health care.

I want you to know how much I appreciate the hospital and Southcentral Foundation. In July, I had surgery and the best care one could possibly have.

Customer-owners said, “we need more dental services.” 65,000 customer-owners and SCF completed and built a new five-story building which houses two stories dedicated to children and more dental services.

Southcentral Foundation employees are passionate about caring for Elders! Each year employees from across SCF commit a part or all of their workday to assist Elders in taking care of household tasks.

As Anna Demientieff entered Southcentral Foundation’s Elder Program on April 27, she did so with a smile. For Anna, April 27, 2018 was a very special day, her birthday, and not just any birthday, it was a birthday celebrating being 100 years old.
