Nutaqsiivik Tribal Home Visiting Program
Nutaqsiivik is a voluntary, home-based program that works with eligible customer-owners to provide education and support in the home as a supplement to regular prenatal care and well-child checkups. Together, the nurse and family develop goals and an education plan to assist the family as they prepare to welcome a new member into their home. Nutaqsiivik works with Nurse-Family Partnership, a national program that helps moms and babies stay healthy and safe.
Optometry
The first day of school is so close you can almost see it! Optometry is having a back-to-school sale through Oct. 1. Make sure your child’s vision is as clear as possible by scheduling a comprehensive eye exam. Contact Optometry at 907-729-8500 to schedule an appointment or for more information regarding the sale.
Four Directions – Anchorage
Southcentral Foundation Four Directions Outpatient Treatment Center is an outpatient treatment program that offers integrated substance use and behavioral health services for individuals and families struggling with addiction in their lives. Located in Anchorage, this program is open to all members of the community, ages 18 and older.
A team of professionals supports individuals and families in addressing mental health and substance use challenges. Customers partner with integrated care teams to develop a customized plan to walk a healthier path in life.
