Highlighted Services
Pride Month
You are invited to join an LGBTQ2+ learning circle, an Indigenous and queer-affirming space for those with diverse gender identities and relationship expressions. The learning circle is held every Friday from noon to 1 p.m. at the Anchorage Native Primary Care Center Kingfisher Conference Room or via Zoom.
We all belong. In support of LGBTQ2+ Pride Month, Southcentral Foundation celebrates acceptance and belonging.
Aging Well Initiative
The Aging Well Initiative aims to optimize care for Elder customer-owners and promote wellness through aging by standardizing care delivery, improving communication across the system, and partnering with integrated care teams to create a care plan tailored to what matters most to them.
Men’s Health Month
June is Men’s Health Month and is an excellent time to evaluate your health and take proactive steps toward making improvements. Even if you feel healthy, a regular check-up with your provider is a good way to validate your current health, identify concerns, and discuss health care screenings you may need in the future. While physical health is important, it is only one part of the wellness picture. Whole-person wellness includes mental, emotional, and spiritual wellness.
Connect with your primary care team to learn more about available resources.
