C’eyiits’ Hwnax Life House Community Health Center
In partnership with the Chickaloon Village Traditional Council, Southcentral Foundation manages health care services at the C’eyiits’ Hwnax Life House Community Health Center. The primary care team provides high-quality services for everyone in the community, at any stage of life, and collaborates with you to ensure you receive the tools, support, and resources you need for informed health and wellness-related decisions.
Rehabilitation Therapies and Exercise
Southcentral Foundation Rehabilitation Therapies and Exercise provides comprehensive care for various conditions. The team partners with customer-owners to encourage healthier lifestyles.
In addition to services provided by SCF’s physical therapists, occupational therapists, and exercise physiologists, customer-owners have access to the wellness center at the Mt. Marathon Building on the Alaska Native Health Campus. Jumpstart your summer activity by joining one of the exercise classes offered in a variety of styles to meet your strength, cardio, and mobility needs.
