31 Days of Mindful Moments
May is Mental Health Awareness Month.
Mental health, an important piece of your whole-person wellness, can affect us at any stage in our life. It affects how we think, feel, act, and determines how we handle stress, relate to others, and make choices.
Let us prioritize mental health this month with 31 mindful moments.
What is Mindfulness?
Mindfulness is the practice of focusing on the present, by tapping into our five senses to ground ourselves in the moment. By focusing on what we see, hear, feel, taste, and smell, we find ourselves in the now and, in doing so, we can release ourselves from the anxiety of the past and future.
