SCF Four Directions Outpatient Treatment Center provides outpatient support for substance abuse disorders. The program provides substance use and dual diagnosis assessments, substance abuse and mental health counseling, and group counseling for men and women addressing a range of topics, including: relapse prevention, parenting, domestic violence, anger, relationships, and emotional regulation.
Eligible customer-owners seeking services will connect with a wellness provider, who will walk them through a brief intervention, help identify their needs, and help them get started on their wellness plan. Based on an initial intake, the wellness provider will connect you to additional services, such as inpatient treatment to supplement your wellness plan.
Four Directions Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) program involves prescribed medication(s) that can help customer-owners maintain abstinence from harmful drugs, alcohol, and tobacco. Currently, SCF administers the treatment of opioid use disorder in the form of Suboxone and Naltrexone.
MAT is also available for alcohol and tobacco use disorders. MAT, in combination with recovery treatment in Four Directions, has been shown to increase the chance of sustained recovery.
