SCF Detox

The SCF Detox program is available for all Alaskan adults seeking support with medication assisted withdrawal from drugs and alcohol in a safe environment with 24-hour medical supervision from providers and nurses during their stay. Individuals receive support to define next steps in recovery after their stay in Detox, have access to behavioral health counselors, and have the option to attend educational sessions to maximize transitions to lifelong recovery.

Eligibility: All Alaskan adults aged 18 and older, including pregnant people. Detox has a screening intake process in which employees assist individuals to ensure their stay is tailored to their specific needs.

Nilavena Regional Health Center

In partnership with six Iliamna Lake villages, Southcentral Foundation offers health care services to communities living within those villages and the community of Port Alsworth. Nilavena Regional Health Center, a Federally Qualified Health Center located in Iliamna, offers high-quality services for everyone in the community, at any stage of life.
