Southcentral Foundation hosted the first Tikahtnu Plants Symposium, a mini-conference inspired by the original Plants as Food and Medicine Symposium.

Born in the village of Mayo in the Yukon region of Canada, Natalee Kline was raised in Mayo, Juneau, and the Hawaiian island of Kauai, before moving to Anchorage in 1989.

Sept. 30 marks the end of the first phase of Southcentral Foundation’s Tribal Doctor Training Pilot Program, and the beginning of a lifelong journey for the seven participants.
