RFP SCF26-1197 Yagheli Shesh Qenq’a ANPCC I, II, III Renovations Design and Documentation Services

Southcentral Foundation (SCF) is pleased to provide this public notice regarding the solicitation of detailed proposals from bidders interested in providing the design, bid administration, and construction administration of renovations to the Anchorage Native Primary Care Center (ANPCC) I, II, III, Yagheli Shesh Qenq’a located at 4320 Diplomacy Drive Anchorage AK  99508. The selected Design team will use the existing 65% bridging documents to complete the 100% permit and bidding documents. The scope of work includes roof replacement, a stairwell addition for roof access, Boiler room and HVAC equipment replacements and upgrades, building-wide commissioning, and clinic tenant improvements based on an established concept plan.  A Scope of Work, including specifications for services to be provided, is located in Exhibit A.
